What do we do for you?

If you wish to return an order, you have 14 days to do so. The cost of returning the order to our workshop is the responsibility of the customer.

If you want a change, you can request it within a maximum of 30 days.

To make an exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Initial shipping charges will not be refunded.

It is important that you keep in mind that We do not accept changes on personalized items. since they are made to order, except for defects or manufacturing defects.
