Returns & Exchanges

We want every Al Agua Patos garment to arrive home and for you to love it. If you need to make an exchange or return, these are our conditions.

General Conditions

• Personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
• You have 14 days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or return.
• Garments must be in perfect condition, unworn, with their original tags and in their original packaging.

Cost of Returns

• Spain: €4.99
• European Union: €15
• Rest of the world: €25

Customs fees, if any, will be borne by the customer.
If a package is rejected at the destination, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Once the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

You can choose between:

• Refund to the original payment method, which may take up to 10 days to process.
• The refunded amount will correspond to the product price, excluding shipping costs.

If you receive a product with any defect or issue, you must report it within a maximum of 3 days from receipt of the order.

Exchanges

The shipping cost is borne by the customer and is €4.99

For size exchanges, garments must be unworn, with tags, original packaging, and correctly packed.

In-store purchases

Purchases made in our physical stores can be exchanged or returned within 30 days.

In these cases, a voucher for the corresponding amount will be issued, which can be used for future purchases. No cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method are made.
