However, should circumstances arise that lead to the depletion of product stock, the order and the contract signed between the parties will be rendered null and void under this termination clause, fully reimbursing the customer in case of prepayment of the amounts paid by them, without any compensation being due to either party for breach of contract, consequential damages, or lost profits.

Al agua patos will archive purchase tickets, electronic documents or invoices, in which the contract with the consumer is formalized, making said document accessible to the consumer, thus guaranteeing the possibility of identifying and correcting possible errors in the data.
